hey want to start astrography . all i have is a 400mm f/5.6 old manual lens mounted on my 40D , so if i get a telescope at around the same specs like the WO mez72 , will i see the same thing as on my manual lens?
And also , my room is facing the west , and when i look up , i can see a bright star which i suppose is the alphard. and when i take a photo of the sky , red and blue lights can be seen in the sky , what are they?
