I still have with me an old 6-inch SCT with a broken corrector plate which I have kept for 10 years already! Haha! But I don't think it is worth the while to get it fixed.
But anyway here's a suggestion for you: try advertising on Astromart for a C5 corrector plate, maybe you may get lucky!
