Thanks Gerry, veil is a challenging nebula, often misguided about brightness. Even though the nebula has a relatively bright integrated magnitude of 7, it is spread over so large an area that the surface brightness is quite low. I struggled past few nights to achieved this.

Nicely taken Kimo. The first time I saw it with my own scope was with my ex-Orion ED80. It was invisible until I added my narrow band filter and the veil appeared.
I guess you have the same experience except you had to wait for the exposure!

Thanks. I needed SII to expose the lower part of veil. I am doing low alt Imaging so it could be the reason!
