Omega Centauri (NGC 5139)

CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

Thanks weixing.

I will admit,...it is comfort and easy, hence why I took advantage and made the pier, though low floor and a Park Light right infront!
I am considering a small motor driven EQ for taking my 66SD, Finder scope and DSLR to shoot what has passed my window. So it's grab and go again but wide field! Just maybe!

Tim, there are adapters for AA to become D and AAA to become C. So you do not need to buy D batteries.

@andyleem

I could do that but would rather prefer D to AC rather than AA/AAA to D.
Astro Algebra! Basically, grab a AC power adapter with selectable voltage which I did consider to power my Cams!
Thanks for the heads up!

Grabbed a little more data on Sunday (more like Monday morning actually)!
Didn't get much in as clouds were in and out but the skies were crystal behind them! Pity really as the Southern Pleides were visible to the naked eye! Ended up Observing instead. Hope you like the updated version.
