ebay seller "alvin1462" (ebay Singapore) has some vacuum pumps, not a diffusion pump though.
"buy9.99 industrial surplus" also has a turbomolecular pump for $1000.
search ebay.com.sg there's lots of good stuff there. make sure to click "Singapore only"
