The three shots in the first page are 5 min single exposures, taken with Canon 5D Mark II and Canon EF 15mm f/2.8 Fisheye lens at f/4, tracked with Eyebell CD-1 portable EQ mount.
The last shot in the second page is a 30s exposure taken with Canon 5D Mark II and Canon EF 15mm f/2.8 Fisheye lens at f/2.8

I only took one tripod, and it was used for the EQ mount and fisheye. I did use my Canon 70-200 f/4 IS to take a few handheld shots. Here are two of them. Taken at high ISO, poor quality:
