hmmm hopefully i have the time as school is starting for me and the stamina to carry the scope to the outing site. hahaha.

just another point hor, is that when i attach my 12mm eyepiece to the barlow and i just look through this 2 items at a designated spot, i can actually see what im pointing at. but strangly, when i put it into the diagonal, i cant see anything except for the grey spot. =(

i wanna see giant jupiter with barlow. [smilie=crying.gif]

Your jupiter becomes a ball of white light because it's overexposed. Most camera attempt to figure out the required exposure by attempting to judge the overall brightness of the scene. And since ur jupiter's background is black, the camera will attempted to increase the exposure.

For most point and shoot camera you should be able to overcome this by setting to manual mode and playing around with the aperture and exposure time.

As for the barlow, it might take quite abit of refocusing after you have inserted the barlow. Do join some of the sessions and maybe have someone take a look for you.
