CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!
Hi Jeremy,
Interesting to hear that there are ingenious phonecam astrophotography setups. But I wonder if it would be a waste of the other functions of Nokia phones. How nice if phone manufacturers make 'astrophones', complete with eyepiece adaptors, starcharts and telescope navigation (GOTO) programs loaded in the phones...
ET would be delighted to phone home (an idea for astrophone advertisements?)...
If you are a pocket Pocket PC or Pocket PC phone user, the softwares like "Pocket Stars" and "Taiyoukei" are amazing! Taiyoukei is a 100% free software.
Have a look when you have time. There are many amazing astronomy related softwares of Robert Brenner.
Cheers!!!

Hey thanks, boothee. The software look very nice... will download it when I get a PDA later (I do not own a PDA, but I have MicroSky on my mobile phone)
