My first AP-Full Moon

Post by CHINKAHSHIUAN »

This is my first AP, full moon in Malaysia. The photo was taken with
WO Megrex 72mm Doublet DDG, Camera Canon EOS 1000D, ISO 100, 1/1000 exposure time.
The fisrt photo is the original photo (without zooming, cropping and editing). Second photo is edited with Photoshop CS4.

p/s:
I can't show second photo here because the size is over 64kb. So this is the link.

Sorry, I just found that the link was set in "private" mode, so you all can't see the second photo. I have change it to "open" mode, so you all can click the link "Full Moon" to see second edited photo. Thanks. :-) Have a nice day.

Nice capture! Like the crispness in the second image. A little dark in the low relief areas, but overall great shot!

Should try for the same crispness and capture the ridges and plains with their shadows casted! Thats always an interesting shot with detail.
My wife never complained about how much time, effort & money I spent on my Astronomy hobby!................suddenly I met her!!!
