It is the meade etx 125 premium edition! May I know how to go about checking if the optics are fine and what checks are to be made and how. Thanks for the advices!

Hi all!! I'm new here! Im planning to get the meade etx 125 second hand for $350. Is it a good deal? Included is the ota, the mount, the auto star controller, the eyepiece. Is it reccomeneded for beginners and for use in Singapore?
