Don't estimate the shipping cost by weight. You need to find out the volume of the shipping box. The volumetric weight will be much higher than the real weight of the package in your case because your box can be quite big. And you have a few boxes. Hi,

i estimate the shipping costs from their website Vpost Shipping Charges.

i have not included GST and Insurance which i will most likely pay for.
Was there a large difference between the actual shipping cost and your estimation?

thanks

Hi, thanks for all your advice. The reason i chose to get that dob is because of the DSC function. As for the cost of shipment, it costs about 60SGD for optcorp to ship to the vpost address in USA and another $200 to $250 for vpost to ship over to my place. Is the cost for shipping reasonable? Never...

Hi Vin,

Thanks for your advice. The reason why i'm using vpost is because optcorp cannot ship outside of US due to guidelines set by Orion. Therefore i have to deliver to vpost who will in turn ship it to singapore. Does Fedex or UPS offer a service similar to vpost? Thank you.

Yup. i drive.

Septimus From a value-for-money viewpoint, the Minolta Activa will do nicely at less than $200. However, you need to indicate what is your budget, If its around $100, than the Minolta Classic would be more appropriate. Check out the details of these binos on their website. Don't forget our vendors....
