i also used to have a casio watch which tells me the moon phase,lost it months ago , in the casio manual , i think the fomula used to calculate moon age is moon age =29.53 (moon angular distance/ 360 degree )... i dunno what is moon angular distance. :?: :?:

does anyone here knows how to calculate the moon age using a formula , comes in useful when u want to know will moonlight interfere with nighttime observing when you plan to take a vacation .... =)

Hi chris, i have visited the SingastroWiki . so if there is a observatory session , u mean weixing or zongyao will announce on the forums if they are having an observation session that night , so normaly wat time will it start and ends ? .... afraid my parents wun let me stay out late.
