My whole estate was lights out, but strangely enough, the roads were fully lit! So, it's doesn't make a difference whether power out or not...also the moonlight was terrible! I moved my dining table to the window and could see what I was eating by the moonlight!

I registered today, and after 10 mins, they sent me an email to activate my account. So they have not start banning Singporeans yet...
