Yes, Actually the mount still can take the weight of the scope. I am currently using a 5'' Mct ( i think around the same weight as your C130). And i also realised that most 5'' mct comes with EQ3-2 mo ...

Hi,
Are you going to mount the Celestron C130 Mak?? If yes, you need at least an EQ3-2 (prefer GP/GPD/CG5/EQ5) for EQ mount or an alt-az mount that can carry your scope weight.
