yah beginner. stay Pasir Ris near Loyang Avenue and near the flyover at Tampines Ave7. At least if I can't see stars I can watch Planes...haha

Most of Singapore seems to have light pollution which isn't good for viewing or astrophotography.

So, the questions are:

Where in Singapore can I go to find dark areas? Currently I live in ...

Hi,

I am using Atlas, aka EQ-6 without mount extension. It can go down to our 1 degree latitude just that large counterweights can hit the tripod legs when swinging in RA past the legs.
